    未来通信系统将是一个融合空基、天基、地基、海基的泛在通信系统,不仅能够有效提升网络关键性能,更能打破地理限制,实现全球无缝立体覆盖,支持用户随时随地的接入,缩小不同地区之间的数字鸿沟。此外,不断涌现的新业务与新场景(如沉浸式体验、无人化业务、数字孪生等),及其日益严苛的关键性能指标,要求泛在通信系统实现通信、信息、大数据、AI、控制等技术的深度融合,进而支撑云化、柔性、至简、智慧/安全内生、开放的网络,提供分布、跨域、灵活、敏捷的扩展能力。尽管近年来学术界与工业界对泛在通信系统进行了讨论,但其网络架构、理论、关键技术及挑战的研究仍处于起步阶段。为此,西安电子科技大学通信工程学院发起了国际泛在通信会议,旨在建立一个广泛的交流平台,邀请全球知名专家、学者,针对泛在通信系统提出创新的见解、方法、架构、理论和建模方法以及行业发展愿景,形成高质量学术论文,共同推进泛在通信系统的发展。
