Position 1: - Japanese Customer Support Analyst ( Japanese Speaking) Location: Tianjin Headcount: Many Persons Responsibilities 1 Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific 2 Resolve issues and handle requests reported 3 Perform escalation and workflow procedures Requirements 1 Required languages: Japanese, English (written and spoken) 2 Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge. 3 Preferable experience: 1-2 years experience in a Helpdesk/Call Center environment 4 Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting 5 Good communication and interpersonal skills 6 Proactive and a team player Other Requirements 1 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 2 Preferably 1 year of experience in Customer Service environment.
