1. Unpack it to eclipse directory
2. Type 'Win32'批处理文件 to get reg.info
3. Start Eclipse
4. Select Window\Preferences\Designer\License tab
5. Turn off checkbox "Automaticaly activate when possible"
6. Click on Registration and Activation button
7. Select 'Window Builder' and 'Professional Paid' Mode
7. Click on Next button
8. Fill in neccessary information
9. Click on Next button
10. Select option "By email/Direly Over the Web"
11. Enter reg.info
12. Click on Next button
13. Click on Finish Button

注册方法：
step1:解压缩以上三个包到同一个目录中。
step2:运行swt.ui.bat
step3:填写信息，注意：Designer Type要选WindowBuilder,Designer Mode选Professional,Version一定要与你下载的designer完全相同（如:5.0.1)，然后generate
step4:按照产生的sn和activate key注册，搞定！

本人的系统xp sp2，eclipse 3.2 + swt designer 5.0.1，一次注册成功。
注意：“Automaticaly activate when possible”这个选项一定不要选
