2012年信息和计算机技术国际会议将于2012年09月15-16日在中国，北京举行。ICICT 2012旨在汇集研究人员，科学家，工程师，学者学生和所有信息和计算机技术研究方面的专家和学者交流和分享他们的经验，新思路，研究成果，并讨论遇到的实际挑战和采取的解决方案。

All papers for the ICICT 2012 will be published in the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering (IJCCE, ISSN: 2010-3743) as one volume, and will be indexed by WorldCat, Google Scholar, and Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and sent to be reviewed by Ei Compendex and ISI Proceedings.
